This modern apartment is in the heart of The Athenian Riviera, in a new building (construction year 2018). The apartment is on the 2nd floor, featuring a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony in an area of 70sq m. The apartment is less than 5 minutes on foot from the coast and easily accessible from the city center, port or Airport.

House Rules
Dear Guests, Please respect the house as if it was yours. Try not to disturb the neighbors and don’t make loud noises in common areas of the building (entrance, hallways, staircase etc.). Please keep it down between 10.30pm and 6.30 am and also between 2.30pm and 5.00pm (these are our “quiet times”). Please make sure you always close the main entrance door when leaving or coming back. Before leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off the a/c, heating, boiler, oven and any other devices. Do not leave the boiler on for more than 30 minutes. That is enough time for plenty of hot water. Please do not throw paper or feminine products in the toilet as that will block the pipes. Use the bin instead. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. No parties or drugs. No pets are allowed in the apartment. Thank you for understanding. Enjoy your stay!
The Neighborhood
Alimos is a south seaside suburb of Athens. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood in a great location near the beach, with easy access from the Airport and the port and all amenities within walking distance. The apartment is just 5 minutes on foot from “Poseidon Avenue”, known as the “Athenian Riviera”. The nearest Supermarket is 5' away and there is a coffee shop 4' away (walking distances). There are four cafes/restaurants on the beach front where you can enjoy your coffee or food (all within a 10’ walk) and plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, souvlaki shops within the same range. The nearest fully organized beach (Costa De Sol) is 10' away on foot and has everything you will need for the perfect beach day. If you are a sailing fan, Alimos Marina is one of the largest marinas in Greece and is only 8' on foot from the apartment. There are great restaurants and coffee shops you can enjoy there as well. The Athenian Riviera is also known for the nightlife so there are plenty of choices if you are looking to go out. All of them are within walking distance. At the end of the coastline is the Temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounio. West of the apartment in Faliro, you can visit the brand new Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center that hosts the National Library of Greece and the Greek National Opera, as well as a very impressive park.
Getting around
By bus: The nearest bus station is a short 4' walk from the apartment. The bus stop is “3rd Kalamakiou” and serves buses 142, A1, A2, B1, B2, X96. By Tram: There is a tram station “Kalamaki” 5' on foot that serves two tram lines: T3 and T5 By Taxi: If you need to get a taxi, you can walk down to Poseidon Avenue or use the app BEAT Getting to the apartment from Athens International Airport: Take the bus X96 from the Airport. The nearest stop is “3rd Kalamakiou”. Getting to the apartment from Piraeus Port: Take the bus X96 from the Port. The nearest stop is ““3rd Kalamakiou”. Getting to Athens City Centre from the apartment: You can take bus A2 or B2. They will both take you to Sintagma Square. You can also take the tram (line T5) to Sintagma. From Sintagma you can then take the metro (one stop) or walk (10’) to the Akropolis of Athens. There are a few companies operating hop on, hop off sightseeing buses that run regularly. You can catch one from Sintagma Square or from Poseidon Avenue (which is closer to the apartment).
