This newly renovated two bedroom apartment is in Kallithea, Athens. Located on the second floor, the apartment is spacious and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room and a balcony. Getting around is very easy as you can catch a bus/tram from the main road that is 1 minute away or you can catch the metro that is 6 minutes on foot. The Historic Center is 20 minutes on the metro and the coast 15 minutes on the tram.

House Rules
Dear Guests, Please respect the house as if it was yours. Try not to disturb the neighbors and don’t make loud noises in common areas of the building (entrance, hallways, staircase etc.). Please keep it down between 10.30pm and 6.30 am and also between 2.30pm and 5.00pm (these are our “quiet times”). Please make sure you always close the main entrance door when leaving or coming back. Before leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off the a/c, heating, boiler, oven and any other devices. Do not leave the boiler on for more than 30 minutes. That is enough time for plenty of hot water. Please do not throw paper or feminine products in the toilet as that will block the pipes. Use the bin instead. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. No parties or drugs. No pets are allowed in the apartment. Thank you for understanding. Enjoy your stay!
The Neighborhood
Kallithea is a southern suburb of Athens close to all the historic sights and the seaside. This is a nice and safe neighborhood near Harokopio University. The city center is easily accessible by bus or metro (20’). The seaside is also easy to reach by bus or tram (15’). There are supermarkets, bakeries, shops, bars, cafes, a pharmacy, a bank and much more all within a 3-5 minute walk. The nearest bus stop is just across the street and “Tavros” metro is 6’ walk from the apartment. In 3,7 km you can visit the visit the brand new Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center that hosts the National Library of Greece and the Greek National Opera, as well as a very impressive park. In 4,7 km (10’ drive) you can also visit the beautiful Flisvos Marina with numerous dining, shopping and recreational opportunities - all within a natural environment overlooking the blue Mediterranean sea.
Getting around
By Metro: The nearest stop “Tavros” is 6’ away. By bus: The nearest bus station “Ag. Panton” is 1’ walk from the apartment and serves bus 040. By Taxi: If you need to get a taxi, you can easily find one on the main streets around the flat or use the app BEAT Getting to the apartment from Athens International Airport: Take the metro from the Airport. The nearest stop is “Tavros”. Getting to the apartment from Piraeus Port: Take the bus 040. The nearest stop is “Ag. Panton”. Getting to Athens City Centre from the apartment: You can easily get to the City center using the metro or bus 040 to go to Sintagma Square. From Sintagma you can then take the metro (one stop) or walk (10’) to the Akropolis of Athens. There are a few companies operating hop on, hop off sightseeing buses that run regularly. You can catch one from Sintagma Square.
