Description
This new two bedroom apartment is situated in the heart of Kolonaki, Athens. It is on the ground floor in an elegant space of 85sq. m. with a living room, fully equipped kitchen and all modern amenities included. The building is in a pedestrian cosmopolitan street, only 5 minutes away from the metro. The Historic city center is just one stop away by metro or 15 minutes on foot. The neighborhood has a vibrant nightlife and shopping scene as well as easy access to all sightseeing spots and museums.

House Rules
Dear Guests, Please respect the house as if it was yours. Try not to disturb the neighbors and don’t make loud noises in common areas of the building (entrance, hallways, staircase etc.). Please keep it down between 10.30pm and 6.30 am and also between 2.30pm and 5.00pm (these are our “quiet times”). Please make sure you always close the main entrance door when leaving or coming back. Before leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off the a/c, heating, boiler, oven and any other devices. Do not leave the boiler on for more than 30 minutes. That is enough time for plenty of hot water. Please do not throw paper or feminine products in the toilet as that will block the pipes. Use the bin instead. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. No parties or drugs. No pets are allowed in the apartment. Thank you for understanding. Enjoy your stay!
The Neighborhood
Kolonaki is a high-end neighborhood in central Athens, located on the slopes of Lycabettus Hill. Kolonaki is famous for the shopping, nightlife, art galleries and museums. The apartment is in one of the most popular pedestrian streets, 5 minutes away from the metro and the central Kolonaki Square (on foot). The Historical Centre of Athens and all the sightseeing highlights are nearby and easily accessible by metro, bus or even on foot. Lycabettus Hill is 1km away and the Acropolis 2km. You can get to museums like the Byzantine, War Museum, Numismatic, Benaki within a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. The National Garden is also 10 minutes’ walk and Sintagma Square is about 13’ away on foot (or just one stop with the metro). If you are looking for an apartment right in the heart of Athens, this is the one for you.
Getting around
The apartment is a short 5’ walk from the main Vas. Sofias Avenue where you can catch the metro or the bus. Metro: The metro stop is ”Evangelismos” and there is a bus stop right outside the metro. Bus: The bus stop serves buses 3,220, 221, 224, 235, 608, 622, 815, A5, E14, X14, X95. By Taxi: If you need to get a taxi, you can easily find one on the main Kolonaki Square or on Vas. Sofias Avenue. You can also use the app BEAT Getting to the apartment from Athens International Airport: You can take the metro to “Evangelismos” and then walk to the flat. Getting to the apartment from Piraeus Port: Take the metro to “Evangelismos” and then walk to the flat. There are a few companies operating hop on, hop off sightseeing buses that run regularly. You can catch one from Sintagma Square.
