Description
Our brand new two-bedroom apartment in Chalandri is on the first floor, in a total space of 65sq.m. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two bathrooms and a balcony. The construction of the building finished in 2019. Hospitals Hygeia and Mitera are five minutes away on foot, Iaso is 15 minutes away.
Depending on your arrival time, we will let you know how you will check-in. There are two ways you can check-in: 1. A representative from our team will be in the apartment to give you the keys 2. You will receive instructions to check in using a lockbox.

House Rules
Dear Guests, Please respect the house as if it was yours. Try not to disturb the neighbors and don’t make loud noises in common areas of the building (entrance, hallways, staircase etc.). Please keep it down between 10.30pm and 6.30 am and also between 2.30pm and 5.00pm (these are our “quiet times”). Please make sure you always close the main entrance door when leaving or coming back. Before leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off the a/c, heating, boiler, oven and any other devices. Do not leave the boiler on for more than 30 minutes. That is enough time for plenty of hot water. Please do not throw paper or feminine products in the toilet as that will block the pipes. Use the bin instead. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. No parties or drugs. No pets are allowed in the apartment. Thank you for understanding. Enjoy your stay!
The Neighborhood
Turn left as you exit the building and on the corner you will see a grocery store and if you continue walking on that road you will see a Greek tavern “Antonis”. Turn right as you exit the building and you will see after one block a beer restaurant and after that on the Kifisias avenue if you turn left again you will find coffee shop Mikel. If you cross the traffic lights of Kifisias Avenue you will find a bakery on the left and hospital Ygeia on the right.
Getting around
By bus: The nearest bus station is a short 3' walk from the apartment. The bus stop is “Ygeia” and serves buses 550, A7, E14 By metro: Nearest metro stop is Agia Paraskevi station which is about 30’ from the apartment. By Taxi: If you need to get a taxi, you can walk to Kifisias Avenue or use the app BEAT. From Athens International Airport you can get to the apartment: Take railway train to stop Kifisias and from there bus line 550 to Ygeia. From Piraeus Port you can get to the apartment: Take railway train to stop Kifisias and from there bus line A7 to Ygeia. From the apartment you can get to Athens City Centre: You can get easily to Syntagma square with bus line E14 from stop Ygeia. There are a few companies operating hop on, hop off sightseeing buses that run regularly. You can catch one from Sintagma Square.
