Description
The apartment is in the beautiful seaside suburb of Glyfada. Located on the ground and lower ground floor, it features a bright living room, an open space kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and one WC in a total space of 146,6 sq.m. There is a patio and a private swimming pool outside. There is also free private parking in the premises. Please note that there is no elevator in the apartment.

House Rules
Dear Guests, Please respect the house as if it was yours. Try not to disturb the neighbors and don’t make loud noises in common areas of the building (entrance, hallways, staircase etc.). Please keep it down between 10.30pm and 6.30 am and also between 2.30pm and 5.00pm (these are our “quiet times”). Please make sure you always close the main entrance door when leaving or coming back. Before leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off the a/c, heating, boiler, oven and any other devices. Do not leave the boiler on for more than 30 minutes. That is enough time for plenty of hot water. Please do not throw paper or feminine products in the toilet as that will block the pipes. Use the bin instead. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. No parties or drugs. No pets are allowed in the apartment. Thank you for understanding. Enjoy your stay!

This is a quiet and safe neighborhood. The nearest Supermarket (Marinopoulos) is 3' away, nearest coffee shop (Everest) also 3' away (walking distances). There is a pharmacy 4’ away and two Gyms (Holmes Place & Yava) about 10’ away from the apartment. The apartment is located 2km away from the center of Glyfada and “Poseidon Avenue” also known as the “Athenian Riviera”.
Getting around
By bus: The nearest bus station is a short 3' walk from the apartment. The bus stop is “Aristippou”. By Taxi: If you need to get a taxi, you can walk to Vouliagmenis Avenue or use the app BEAT By Metro: The nearest metro station “Elliniko”is 3km away from the apartment. Getting to the apartment from Athens International Airport: Take the bus X97 from the Airport. The nearest stop is “Antheon”. Getting to Athens City Centre from the apartment: You can take the bus A3 to get to Sintagma Square.
