This beautiful villa is in Kifissia, Athens. The house features three bedrooms, a spacious dining and living room and a fully equipped kitchen in a space of 300 sq m. Outside there is a garden, a lovely patio with a seating area and a private swimming pool. This is a high-end, green neighborhood with a vivid nightlife. The metro is 15 minutes on foot.

House Rules
Dear Guests, Please respect the house as if it was yours. Try not to disturb the neighbors and don’t make loud noises in common areas of the building (entrance, hallways, staircase etc.). Please keep it down between 10.30pm and 6.30 am and also between 2.30pm and 5.00pm (these are our “quiet times”). Please make sure you always close the main entrance door when leaving or coming back. Before leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off the a/c, heating, boiler, oven and any other devices. Do not leave the boiler on for more than 30 minutes. That is enough time for plenty of hot water. Please do not throw paper or feminine products in the toilet as that will block the pipes. Use the bin instead. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. No parties or drugs. No pets are allowed in the apartment. Thank you for understanding. Enjoy your stay!
The Neighborhood
Kifissia is a high-end suburb in the north side of Athens, approximately 15km from the city center. It is mainly famous for the shopping and the nightlife. This is a prestigious, safe and very green neighborhood with plenty of bars, restaurants (Greek and International), shops and boutiques. This beautiful area features some of the most beautiful parks of Athens. Kefalari park is 5’ on foot, “Kifissias” and “Ktimatos SIggrou” parks are both 20’ walk from the apartment. It is also worth visiting “Goulandris Natural History Museum” that is 10 minutes on foot. In a short walk (10-15 minutes) from the apartment you will find two very famous open air cinemas (Chloe and Mpomponiera).
Getting around
The apartment is about 10’ walk from Kifissias Avenue, which connects Kifissia to the city center and all other suburbs of Athens. By Metro: The metro station “Kifisia”(M1) is 15’ on foot Bus station: The bus Station “Plateia Platanou” is on Kifissias Avenue about 15’ walk from the apartment and serves buses 500, 543, 550, A7, X14. Getting to the apartment from Athens International Airport: Take the suburban railway to “Neratziotissa” and then change to the green line (M1) to Kifissia. From there you can either walk or take a taxi to the apartment. Getting to the apartment from Piraeus Port: Take the metro (M1-green line) from Piraeus Port to Kifissia. From there you can either walk or take a taxi to the apartment. Getting to Athens City Centre from the apartment: Metro: You can catch the metro (M1-green line) from “Kifissia” to “Monastiraki”. Once you are there you can walk around to explore the city center (it is about 10 minutes walk to Sintagma) or change lines (M3- blue line) to Sintagma. It is only one stop. Bus: Take the bus X14 from Kifissias Avenue. The stop is “Plateia Platanou” this will take you directly to Sintagma Square. Keep in mind that this is an express line, so it does not take long, but it does not run very often. There are a few companies operating hop on, hop off sightseeing buses that run regularly. You can catch one from Sintagma Square.
