House Rules

Depending on your arrival time, we will let you know how you will check-in. There are two ways you can check-in: 1. A representative from our team will be in the apartment to give you the keys 2. You will receive instructions to check in using a lockbox. Dear Guests, Please respect the house as if it was yours. Try not to disturb the neighbors and don’t make loud noises in common areas of the building (entrance, hallways, staircase etc.). Please keep it down between 10.30pm and 6.30 am and also between 2.30pm and 5.00pm (these are our “quiet times”). Please make sure you always close the main entrance door when leaving or coming back. Before leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off the a/c, heating, boiler, oven and any other devices. Do not leave the boiler on for more than 30 minutes. That is enough time for plenty of hot water. Please do not throw paper or feminine products in the toilet as that will block the pipes. Use the bin instead. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. No parties or drugs. No pets are allowed in the apartment. Thank you for understanding. Enjoy your stay!
