Description
This newly renovated apartment is situated in the heart of Marousi, Athens. Located on the 3rd floor, the flat has three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and all modern amenities in a large space of 108sq. The surrounding area is vivid and cosmopolitan with shops, restaurants, souvlaki shops, bakeries, cafes and more. There is a train station just around the corner to easily explore Athens City Centre and other suburbs.

House Rules
Dear Guests, Please respect the house as if it was yours. Try not to disturb the neighbors and don’t make loud noises in common areas of the building (entrance, hallways, staircase etc.). Please keep it down between 10.30pm and 6.30 am and also between 2.30pm and 5.00pm (these are our “quiet times”). Please make sure you always close the main entrance door when leaving or coming back. Before leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off the a/c, heating, boiler, oven and any other devices. Do not leave the boiler on for more than 30 minutes. That is enough time for plenty of hot water. Please do not throw paper or feminine products in the toilet as that will block the pipes. Use the bin instead. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. No parties or drugs. No pets are allowed in the apartment. Thank you for understanding. Enjoy your stay!
The Neighborhood
Marousi is a northern suburb of Athens. The flat is right in the heart of Marousi surrounded by many restaurants and shops. Everything you might need is within walking distance. In a short 8 minute walk you will find a beautiful large park with many trails where you can enjoy a walk. The metro is only 1’ on foot so you can easily get around and explore other parts of the city. Chalandri and Kifissia are nearby suburbs worth visiting, both famous for the nightlife and the shopping. There are also three large shopping malls close to the apartment providing plenty of choices for food and leisure. The famous Olympic Centre is also nearby and worth discovering. For movie fans, the closest cinema is 10’ away.
Getting around
By metro: The nearest metro Station “Marousi” is 1’ away from the flat (M1) By bus: The nearest bus station is a short 3' walk from the apartment and serves buses 446, 501, 541, A8. There is another bus stop on Kifissias Avenue that serves buses 500, 550, A7, X14. Due to the location of the apartment it is more convenient to use the metro to get around. By Taxi: If you need to get a taxi, you can easily find one on the main streets around or use the app BEAT Getting to the apartment from Athens International Airport: Take the suburban railway from the Airport. Change lines in “Neratziotissa” and then disembark at “Marousi”. Getting to the apartment from Piraeus Port: Take the metro from the port. The nearest stop is Marousi. Getting to Athens City Centre from the apartment: You can easily get to the City center using the metro to go to Sintagma Square. Alternatively you could walk to Kifissias Avenue (about 8’) and catch bus X14 from there. From Sintagma you can then take the metro (one stop) or walk (10’) to the Akropolis of Athens. There are a few companies operating hop on, hop off sightseeing buses that run regularly. You can catch one from Sintagma Square.
