Description
This spacious and modern apartment is located in the suburb of Marousi, Athens. It is in a quiet and green neighborhood, within a short 2 minute walk from Kifissias Avenue. The Olympic Athletic Centre and three large shopping malls are in a short walking distance as well.
The Space
The apartment is on the first floor and features two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony in a large and comfortable space of 108sq meters. The central location of the apartment makes it very easy to catch the bus or metro to go downtown and explore the Historic Center of Athens.

Please respect the house as if it was yours.
Try not to disturb the neighbors and don’t make loud noises in common areas of the building (entrance, hallways, staircase etc.).
Please keep it down between 10.30pm and 6.30 am and also between 2.30pm and 5.00pm (these are our “quiet times”).
Please make sure you always close the main entrance door when leaving or coming back.
Before leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off the a/c, heating, boiler, oven and any other devices.
Do not leave the boiler on for more than 30 minutes. That is enough time for plenty of hot water.
Please do not throw paper or feminine products in the toilet as that will block the pipes. Use the bin instead.
Smoking is only allowed in the balcony.
No parties or drugs.
No pets are allowed in the apartment.

The Neighborhood
Marousi is a northern suburb of Athens. The apartment is close to the Olympic Athletic Centre and at the commercial heart of Marousi with the three largest shopping Malls in the vicinity. If you like shopping, but you would rather avoid the busy city center, this apartment is for you.
The apartment is 5’ from Avenue Mall. Golden Hall is 15’ away and The Mall is 20’ away. There is a coffee shop 5’ away and a supermarket 10’ away. The apartment is also very close to IVF clinics and three hospitals (Ygeia, Iaso, Mitera).
If you are a fan or riding, the Hellenic Riding Club is less than 5’ walk from the apartment and for sports fans, the flat is very close to the Olympic Stadium as well. This is a quiet neighborhood but at the same time, Kifisias Avenue which is one of the main streets of Athens, is only 2 minutes on foot. On Kifisias Avenue there are many multinational companies and a large exhibition center (HELEXPO), making this an ideal rental if you are coming on a business trip.
Chalandri and Kifissia are nearby suburbs worth visiting, famous for the nightlife and the shopping. The central location of the apartment makes it easy to catch the metro or a bus to go downtown and explore the city center and other suburbs of Athens.
Getting around
By bus: The nearest bus station is a short 5' walk from the apartment. The bus stop is “Galini” and serves buses 122, 162, A1, A2, X96.
By Taxi: If you need to get a taxi, you can walk to Kon/nou Karamanli Avenue or use the app BEAT
Getting to the apartment from Athens International Airport: Take the bus X96 from the Airport. The nearest stop is “Galini”.
Getting to the apartment from Piraeus Port: Take the bus X96 from the Port. The nearest stop is “Galini”.
Getting to Athens City Centre from the apartment: You can take the bus A2 or B2. They will both take you to Sintagma Square. You can also take the tram (line T5) to Sintagma. From Sintagma you can then take the metro (one stop) or walk (10’) to the Akropolis of Athens.
There are a few companies operating hop on, hop off sightseeing buses that run regularly. You can catch one from Sintagma Square or from Kon/nou Karamanli Avenue that is closer to the apartment.
