This penthouse apartment is in the beautiful seaside suburb of Voula, Athens. Located on the 4th floor, the apartment features three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a sea view balcony with a seating area to relax and enjoy the views. The location is perfect since you can walk to the beach in less than 15 minutes, you can enjoy the famous “Athenian Riviera” and easily get the bus to explore other highlights downtown.

House Rules
Dear Guests, Please respect the house as if it was yours. Try not to disturb the neighbors and don’t make loud noises in common areas of the building (entrance, hallways, staircase etc.). Please keep it down between 10.30pm and 6.30 am and also between 2.30pm and 5.00pm (these are our “quiet times”). Please make sure you always close the main entrance door when leaving or coming back. Before leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off the a/c, heating, boiler, oven and any other devices. Do not leave the boiler on for more than 30 minutes. That is enough time for plenty of hot water. Please do not throw paper or feminine products in the toilet as that will block the pipes. Use the bin instead. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. No parties or drugs. No pets are allowed in the apartment. Thank you for understanding. Enjoy your stay!
The Neighborhood
Voula is a vibrant seaside suburb of Athens. The apartment is in a nice and quiet street. The nearest beach is 15’ on foot and there are plenty more organized beach bars along the coast. The center of Voula is a short 9’ walk and Glyfada is also nearby. Both suburbs offer a wide variety of choices for food, drinks, shopping and leisure. The nearest supermarket is 6’ away; there is a bakery 4’ away and a pharmacy within 2’ from the flat. If you are looking to enjoy the seaside away from all the city center noise, this is the right apartment for you. At the end of the coastline is the Temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounio. In Faliro, you can visit the brand new Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center that hosts the National Library of Greece and the Greek National Opera, as well as a very impressive park. Along the coastline, you will also find Alimos Marina which is one of the largest marinas in Greece. Last but not least, the coast is famous for the nightlife in the summer with many bars and clubs to choose from.
Getting around
By bus: The nearest bus station is a short 5’ walk from the apartment. The bus stop is “Nirvana” and serves buses 120, 171, X97. By Taxi: If you need to get a taxi, you can walk to Vouliagmenis Avenue or use the app BEAT Getting to the apartment from Athens International Airport: Take the bus X97 from the Airport. The nearest stop is “Nirvana”. Getting to the apartment from Piraeus Port: Take the bus A1 from the Port. The nearest stop is “Sokratous”. Getting to Athens City Centre from the apartment: You can take the bus A2 from “Sokratous” stop. This will take you to Sintagma Square. You can also take the bus X97 from “Nirvana” stop and then get on the metro in “Elliniko Station”. From Sintagma you can then take the metro (one stop) or walk (10’) to the Akropolis of Athens. There are a few companies operating hop on, hop off sightseeing buses that run regularly. You can catch one from Sintagma Square or from Kon/nou Karamanli Avenue in Voula, which is closer to the apartment.
