Description
The apartment is in the beautiful seaside suburb of Voula, only 5 minutes on foot from the beach. Located on the third and fourth floor, the flat is spacious and elegant, with three bedrooms in a total space of 195sq meters.
The Space
The first level has three bedrooms, dining and living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The second level has a living room and a beautiful roof garden with your private infinity swimming pool overlooking the sea. The elevator in the building will take you to the third floor and there is an inside staircase connecting the two levels. The apartment is only a block away from the coast and easily accessible from the city center, port or Airport. This is ideal for beach lovers visiting with friends or family.

House Rules
Dear Guests, Please respect the house as if it was yours. Try not to disturb the neighbors and don’t make loud noises in common areas of the building (entrance, hallways, staircase etc.). Please keep it down between 10.30pm and 6.30 am and also between 2.30pm and 5.00pm (these are our “quiet times”). Please make sure you always close the main entrance door when leaving or coming back. Before leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off the a/c, heating, boiler, oven and any other devices. Do not leave the boiler on for more than 30 minutes. That is enough time for plenty of hot water. Please do not throw paper or feminine products in the toilet as that will block the pipes. Use the bin instead. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. No parties or drugs. No pets are allowed in the apartment. Thank you for understanding. Enjoy your stay!
The Neighborhood
Voula is a vibrant seaside suburb of Athens. The apartment is in a nice and quiet street. The nearest beach is 5’ on foot and there are plenty more organized beach bars along the coast. There is a lovely park 4’ away and many restaurants, bars and coffee shops around. A bank, post office, supermarket, car rental company and a gym are all within 5’ walk (walking distance). If you are looking to enjoy the seaside away from all the city center noise, this is the right apartment for you. At the end of the coastline is the Temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounio. In Faliro, you can visit the brand new Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center that hosts the National Library of Greece and the Greek National Opera, as well as a very impressive park. Along the coastline, you will also find Alimos Marina which is one of the largest marinas in Greece. Last but not least, the coast is famous for the nightlife in the summer with many bars and clubs to choose from.
Getting around
By bus: The nearest bus station is a short 5' walk from the apartment. The bus stop is “Galini” and serves buses 122, 162, A1, A2, X96. By Taxi: If you need to get a taxi, you can walk to Kon/nou Karamanli Avenue or use the app BEAT Getting to the apartment from Athens International Airport: Take the bus X96 from the Airport. The nearest stop is ““Galini”. Getting to the apartment from Piraeus Port: Take the bus X96 from the Port. The nearest stop is ““Galini”. Getting to Athens City Centre from the apartment: You can take the bus A2 or B2. They will both take you to Sintagma Square. You can also take the tram (line T5) to Sintagma. From Sintagma you can then take the metro (one stop) or walk (10’) to the Akropolis of Athens. There are a few companies operating hop on, hop off sightseeing buses that run regularly. You can catch one from Sintagma Square or from Kon/nou Karamanli Avenue that is closer to the apartment.
