Description
Our two-level flat is 92,4 sqm in a brand new apartment block (construction year: 2019). It is located in an advantageous location as it is just 10 minutes away from the beach and the market of Voula. It is spacious enough to accommodate up to 7 people since it has 3 bedrooms and a convertible sofa. The stylish simplicity of the apartment gives the guest a pleasant feeling and creates a relaxing ambience. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and a shared pool for those who prefer it over the beach.

The Neighborhood
Five minutes away (on foot) you will find Vasileos Pavlou Avenue, which is one of the main commercial streets in Voula. Along that avenue, there are numerous restaurants, bars & coffee shops. There is also a post office and a bank. The nearest supermarket is 7 minutes away from the apartment (on foot). The coast is a short 10-minute walk. At the end of the coastline is the Temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounio. In Faliro, you can visit the brand new Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center that hosts the National Library of Greece and the Greek National Opera, as well as a very impressive park. Along the coastline, you will also find Alimos Marina which is one of the largest marinas in Greece. Last but not least, the coast is famous for the nightlife in the summer with many bars and clubs to choose from.
Getting around
By bus: The nearest bus station is 8 minutes away from the apartment (on foot). The bus stop is “B Plaz Voylas” and serves buses 122,162, Α1, Α2.
By Taxi: If you need to get a taxi, you can walk down to Kon/nou Karamanli Avenue or use the app BEAT
Getting to the apartment from Athens International Airport: Take bus X96 or X97 from the Airport. The nearest stop is “Pegadakia” (for bus X96) or “Xanthou” (for bus X97). Getting to the apartment from Piraeus Port: Take bus X96 from the Port. The nearest stop is “Pegadakia”.
Getting to Athens City Centre from the apartment: You can take bus A2 to get to Syntagma Square.
